Peter Mabli joined the American Social History Project in June 2014. He has worked as both a high school social studies teacher and a professor of history at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the College of Saint Elizabeth. Peter has developed and implemented multiple blended and fully online courses for both colleges, including courses on New Jersey history and the history of revolutions in the United States. As a PhD candidate in history and culture at Drew University, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic and public history through applying strong pedagogical practices both within and outside of the classroom.
